Kfz. 250/3 with Panzeraufbau Sd. Kfz. 250E belonged to Pz.A.A. 6 of 6. Panzer Division. Beginning in July 1943, the le. Funkpanzerwagen was based on the Ausf. B of the le. SPW Sd. Kfz. 250. The interior of the vehicle could be enlarged noticeably by the new arrangement of the armour plates. Beginning in 1944, the different versions were differentiated by roman numbers (I – IV).
