Twin Coach Company, Kent, Ohio

After the Fageol brothers left the American Car and Foundry, they founded the Twin Coach Company in Kent, Ohio, in 1927. Production of innovative omnibuses started the same year. These buses had a car body design without chassis frame. To increase the top speed and the passenger capacity, two engines were arranged in the vehicle. Therefore the name Twin Coach. Besides buses, small delivery vans were also made.
