The Studebaker passenger cars of the year of construction 1938 are hard to differentiate, outwardly. The illustrated vehicle is either a Studebaker 4C State President or an 8A State Commander.
Both models seem to be identical, outwardly. In contrast, the 7A Commander Six had free standing headlights.
