Phänomen Granit 1500 S

The Phänomen Granit 1500 S/A entered serial production in October 1941 after two years of trials. Production ended on 8th May 1945 after Soviet troops occupied the work. No less than 895 Phänomen Granit 1500 S/A were made from October 1944 until the end of war.

The Phänomen Granit 1500 S/A ambulance replaced the Phänomen Granit 25 H ambulance of the Wehrmacht. The S-model differed from the A-model by the dual tyres on the rear axle.
