Starting in 1936 the Krupp LD 2 H 142 resp. LD 2,5 J 142 with M 311 diesel boxer engine with an increased power of 55 HP was offered. The engine bonnet and the driver’s cab were redesigned for the 1936 model year.

In 1937 the types Krupp L 2 H 142 resp. L 2,5 H 142 with M 304 petrol boxer engine with an output of 60 HP followed. The different types were offered with a wheelbase of 3,600 mm or 4,000 mm.
