The Mercedes-Benz L 5 resp. N 5 with a payload of 5 tons was manufactured beginning in 1927. In 1930, it was redesignated L 5000 without notable modifications. In 1934, it was replaced by the modernised L 5000. This Mercedes-Benz N 5 with low flor chassis had received several changes. For example, the bumper does not correspond to the series. Note the open standard driver’s cab of the Wehrmacht.
