The Benz 16/50 PS was manufactured from 1921 to 1926. After the fusion of Benz and Daimler to the Daimler-Benz AG, it was offered under the name Mercedes-Benz 16/50 PS until 1927. The illustrated Benz 16/50 PS RW 7815 belonged to 2. Kompanie Kraftfahrabteilung 7 (Munich) resp. Gebirgs-Fahrabteilung 7 (Landsberg). The file memo dates from April 1930.
