In the year 1936, the Adler Trumpf (1,7 EV) replaced the Adler Trumpf (1,7 EV). It was propelled by the same 1.7 litres engine with an output of 38 HP. The car body of the illustrated four-door limousine originated from Ambi-Budd.

A sporty cabriolet with two to three seats was offered besides the four-door limousine and also the illustrated cabriolet with two doors and four side windows. The car body of the cabriolet originated from Karmann. In 1938, the Adler 2 Liter with a more powerfull engine replaced the Adler Trumpf (1,7 EV).
