The Panhard K 101 for a payload of 3.5 tons was manufactured beginning in 1937. It was propelled by a 70 HP engine. The eight rim bolts were typical for the K 101. Contrary to the very similar Panhard K 125, the doors had only two hinges.
Most probably beginning in 1939, a new driver’s cab was used. The contours were now more rounded than before. Larger quantities of this model were delivered to the French army. This captured Panhard K 101 was photographed during a rail transport.
