Compagnie des Automobiles Industriels Latil

The Compagnie des Automobiles Industriels Latil was founded by Georges Latil in Suresnes (Seine) in 1914. Commercial vehicles were manufactured, exclusively. Latil became famous by the development of wheeled-tractors with all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering. Many of these vehicles were taken over by the German Wehrmacht in 1940.
