Most probably, this lorry is a Berliet VIP. The VIP had a payload of 1.5 tons. It seems, that it differed from the VSF-series mainly by the shorter wheelbase.
There was also a variant of the Berliet VIP as delivery van. In addition, a version with decreased payload of 1.2 tons was offered.
