The Flakmesstruppkraftwagen (Sd. Kfz. 7/6) - a medium A.A. survey party vehicle - was a rare vehicle. Often, a command device 36 (Kommandogerät 36) was towed. These vehicles had mountings for cable drums on the front mudguards and a large box at the rear.

This Sd. Kfz. 7/6 had some minor differences to the vehicle illustrated above. No mountings for cable drums are visible but there was a mounting for the spare wheel on the left side.
