Besides the internet and word by mouth, the available literature is an important source for information of this site. Besides the listed titles, information of historical promotional brochures, technical manuals and operating instructions were used. Unfortunately, different or contradictory information can be found on some aspects in the available sources. In these cases, the information which appeared to be the most logical was adopted.
